Loadbearing structures are used to form additional living spaces / environments i.e. penthouses where keeping loads to a minimum is crucial, it is suitable for structures up to 5 storeys without the need for a primary hot rolled or reinforced concrete frame.

The fast track, lightweight system has many advantages over traditional construction methods and is suitable for confined sites.
