"Yates Drywall are one of our preferred Drywall subcontractors and have delivered several schemes for Caddick Construction in the past including the Hudson Quarter in York. The £3m package undertaken on the mixed use development included SFS, Partitions & Ceilings and despite being a challenging project for all through the pandemic, the scheme was delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. "I first worked with Yates when they helped me to deliver a £5.2m new build school for Leeds City Council. They finished their works on programme and were very accommodating in resourcing the job as necessary, as well as co-ordinating their works with other trades resulting in a successful project. There were no commercial issues and they were proactive in resolving issues on site rather than resorting to dayworks etc. Following their performance, we were keen to use Yates again on a £7.4m school extension. They are once again working to a high standard and are ahead of the programmed dates.
